For the past four years, Everybody’s Place has been hard at work building supportive housing communities in Galveston County.
Our first project, Agape Village, is 16 single-family homes exclusively for families with school-age or younger children who have been living in the trauma of homelessness. At Agape Village families find more than a safe, beautiful home; they are surrounded by supportive services, and a grace-filled community.
This year we will break ground on Good News Community, a community of 26 cottages for single adults and couples experiencing homelessness. Like Agape Village, Good News Community will be a safe place for healing, supportive services, and community.
Now, we invite you to join us in continuing the story. The fact is, there’s much more work to do in order to make a difference in the crisis of homelessness in our community. Join us on September 10th for Continuing the Story, our annual banquet supporting the work of Everybody’s Place. For information about sponsorships, click here.
