40 Days of Prayer for Agape Village
Take just a moment each day alone, with your family or class…asking God to move in his power to establish Agape Village, a small (prototype) community of up to 8 homes for families currently experiencing homelessness.

29 The Body of Christ in Galveston County: that churches would be unified in addressing this great challenge
30 Pray that the Lord will direct this campaign and that there would be a great miracle, enabling Agape Village to come to fruition

5 Ask the Lord for open doors to Foundations who would become funding partners and help launch Agape Village
6 Pray for open doors to new relationships with people who are able to help fund and support Agape Village

Families that will live at Agape Village: we don’t know their names or situation, but the Lord does! Pray for these yet to be identified families who will be the first residents of EVP. Pray for their spiritual, physical, and mental health and safety. Pray the Lord will guide them to a place of healing, hope and restoration at Agape Village.
29 Family 1: Imagine a single mom with a baby and a toddler. She works but doesn’t make enough to pay the bills.
30 Family 2: Imagine a veteran who hasn’t been the same since returning from action. He’s lost everything.

1 Family 3: Imagine a young couple with 3 school-age children. He got laid off during Covid and can’t find work.
2 Family 4: Imagine a mother with 2 middle school kids who escaped an abusive husband.
3 Family 5: Imagine a man with 3 kids. He lost his wife during Covid and is struggling with grief and finances.
4 Family 6: Imagine a mother with a disabled child who can’t find suitable childcare so she can work.
5 Family 7: Imagine a 19 year old young man who has aged out of foster care…no one seems to want him.
6 Family 8: Imagine a mom with 2 young girls, they’ve been “couch surfing” for a year because she can’t pay rent.
7 CLOSING DAY! Pray for a great, uneventful day when this property is transferred to God and His purposes!
